Add to your Google Calendar
To add our 2024 HR calendar to your Google Calendar, simply click the file below:
The calendar will import automatically.*
*Note: If you previously downloaded last year's version of this calendar, you will probably get a note saying 'this calendar already exists'. If that's the case, you're all set! We've added the 2024 dates to our existing calendar file so that anyone who downloads it can use it for as long as they want it, without having to worry about getting the new version!
Add to your Outlook/Apple Calendar
To add our 2024 HR calendar to your Apple or Outlook calendar, you will need to download an ICS file by clicking here:
After the file has been dowloaded follow these instructions depending on your preferred platform.
For Apple iCalendar
1. Go to iCalendar
2. Click File, then New Calendar
3. Write a name of your choice
4. Click File again, then Import
5. Click on the .ics file of our HR calendar
6. Add it to the new calendar you've created
For Outlook Calendar
1. Go to Outlook Calendar
2. Click on Create Blank Calendar
3. Write a name of your choice
4. Click Add Calendar, then Upload from File
5. Click on the .ics file of our HR calendar
6. Add it to the new calendar you've created
