G2 2021 Summer Awards

We want to say, “Thank you!”

The G2 Summer 2021 Reports are out, and we are proud to announce Guusto has been awarded several new badges. G2 is a software review platform that releases new reports every quarter to highlight the opinions that matter most: our customers. We want to thank everyone who took the time to leave a review on working with Guusto.

One of our core values at Guusto is “Listen” and we want to take this opportunity to showcase how we continuously listen to your feedback!

These badges reflect how much users love our program. Whether you’re brand new to employee recognition or switching from an in-house program, we can help you to create a culture of meaningful recognition. Let’s explore the Summer 2021 Awards and what they mean:

🏆 Momentum Leader

G2 launched the Momentum Grid in Summer 2018, starting with six categories and adding additional categories every quarter since. The Momentum Grid offers a way for the buyers, investors, business professionals, and analysts who use G2 to, “Identify products that are on a high-growth trajectory.” Scores for the Momentum Grid are calculated by an algorithm that factors in social, web, employee, and review data. It’s a measurement of user satisfaction scores, employee growth, and digital presence.

When the Momentum Grid was first introduced, G2 explained in a blog post how buyers can use the grid to, “Gain insight into products that are outpacing competitors by delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of their users.” As the blog also pointed out, the Grid helps buyers who would do well to consider, “A different player in the space, [one] that’s been outpacing its competitors.”

We’re extremely honoured to be recognized as a Momentum Leader in the Employee Recognition category. We’ve recently updated our platform and we’ll continue to listen to our customers, working hard to keep the momentum going.

🏆 Best Relationship

Guusto was awarded the Summer 2021 Best Relationship badge for achieving the highest overall relationship score in the Employee Recognition category, beating out the competition with a score of 9.88 out of a possible 10. G2’s Relationship score is based on factors such as likelihood to recommend, ease of doing business with, and quality of support.

🏆 Best Support

We’re extremely proud of the quality of support we provide at Guusto, so it’s gratifying to receive the Highest Quality of Support badge for the highest overall support score in our category. We believe our support team is second to none and if the proof is in the pudding, this badge is mighty tasty.

🏆 Leading in Recognition and Rewards

Guusto has been awarded Leader badges in the Enterprise and Overall categories.

Products in the Leader quadrant in the Grid® Report are rated highly by G2 users and have substantial Satisfaction and Market Presence scores.

Thank you to our users for helping us lead the way.
